FCI Exam 2022 Syllabus and Previous Year Question Papers Answers The Food Corporation of India (FCI), one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings, dealing with food grain supply chain management.

FCI Exam 2022

• Every year The Food Corporation of India (FCI) recruited thousands of candidates from allover the country. As per the requirement FCI takes people for various domain. A large pool of trained and highly skilled manpower is one of the major assets of Food Corporation of India. Most of the recruitment process is done through written test and interview.

Online Application

• Candidates may apply Online by visiting website www.fcijobsportal.com and going to sub-link titled “Click to Apply” and follow carefully the instructions given therein.

• Applicants have to fill in their details in the online Application Form. An Application Form / Registration Number will be automatically generated on successful registration.

• The candidate can also view his / her data by logging in using his / her Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth and Category. After logging in he / she can also take a print out of his Application Form.

• Before registering/submitting applications on the website, the candidates should follow the instructions
  given in advertisement/website and possess the following Valid E-Mail ID and Mobile No.:

Assistant Grade-III Exam

• AG.III (General) in FCI is the beginning level clerical grade involving the performance, under close supervision of the Manager/higher officers, of duties of a routine and repetitive nature such as making simple entries in registers, dispatch of mail, drafting simple letters, maintaining casual leave record, recording movements of incoming and outgoing files, maintaining files of routine nature and other related work which can be readily learnt after a little or no job experience. The more difficult assignments normally to be assigned to AG.I and AG.II can also be required to be performed by this grade under some close and immediate supervision of the Supervisors.

AG.III Syllabus / Question Pattern

• One Paper: Paper-I only for Post Code F {AG-III(General)} and Post Code I {AGIII(Depot)} Paper- III only for Post Code E {Typist (Hindi)}

• Two Papers: Paper I and Paper II for the Post Code A {JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL ENGINEERING)}, Post Code B {JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)}, Post Code C {JUNIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING)}, Post Code G {AG-III (Accounts)} & Post Code H {AG-III (Technical)}

• Paper III and Paper IV for Post Code D {AG II (Hindi)} The Paper-I is common for post code A,B,C,F,G,H and I. Candidates applying for any ONE of the post code A,B,C,G and H will appear in Paper-I to be followed by PaperII. Candidates applying for Post Code D will appear in Paper-III to be followed by Paper-IV.

Note: WRITTEN TEST for Paper – I & Paper – II and Paper – III & Paper – IV shall be held in single sitting only

• Paper-I (Duration-90 Minutes): 120 Multiple Choice Questions of General Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, English Language, Computer Proficiency, General Awareness, General Intelligence, Current Events, Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation.

• Paper-II (Duration-90 minutes):120 Multiple Choice Questions on Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering for Candidates applying for the Post.  to assess the post specific technical knowledge of relevant stream.

• 120 Multiple Choice Questions on Commerce particularly General Accounting and Finance for candidates applying for the Post Code G {Assistant Grade-III (Accounts)} to assess the post specific technical knowledge of relevant stream.
• 120 Multiple Choice Questions on Biological Sciences for candidates applying for the Post Code H {Assistant Grade-III (Technical)} to assess the post specific technical knowledge of relevant stream.

• Paper-III (Duration-90 minutes): 120 Multiple Choice Questions on General Hindi, General English, General Awareness, General Intelligence and Computer Knowledge for candidates applying for the Post Code D {Assistant Grade-II (Hindi)} and Post Code E {Typist (Hindi)}.

• Paper-IV (Duration-90 minutes): Translation – 2 Passages, one each from Hindi to English and vice-versa and two essays each in Hindi & English for candidates applying for the Post Code D {Assistant Grade-II (Hindi)}

Managers? Managers in the Food Corporation of India are, as per Staff Regulations, placed in Category-II of the Corporation. Managers are in fact the first level management and function as front line Managers in the various cadres to which they are assigned.

FCI Management Trainee (MT) Exam

Supervise procurement operations undertaken by the Technical Assistants in the field. On the spot advice on quality and examination /analysis of stocks of foodgrains meant for purchases by the Technical Assistants.

FCI MT Exam Syllabus / Question Pattern

• Management Trainees (MTs):- The selection process will be consisting of Written Test (WT), Group Discussion (GD)and Interview (I) for Management Trainees (MTs).

• Manager (Hindi):– The selection process will be consisting of Written Test (WT) and Interview (I) for Manager (Hindi).

The Written Test will comprise of –

• One Paper : Paper-I
• Two Papers : Paper-I & Paper-II
• Paper III and Paper IV for Manager (Hindi)

Paper-I (Duration – 90 minutes):

• 120 Multiple Choice Questions of
  General Aptitude consisting of Reasoning,

Paper-IV (Duration-90 minutes):

• i. Translation – 2 Passages, one each from Hindi to English and vice-versa.

• iv. Precis Writing, one each in Hindi & English.

The Question Paper for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.
