Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is an Indian state-owned telecommunications company headquartered in New Delhi, India. Every year Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) thousands of MT candidates from allover the country. As per the requirement BSNL takes Management Trainee people for various domain. A large pool of trained and highly skilled MT is one of the major assets of BSNL. Most of the Management Trainee recruitment process is done through written test and interview.

BSNL MT Recruitment Written Test Exam Date

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) will fill up 200 posts of Management Trainee (MT). Out of these, 150 posts will be filled up for Telecom Operations stream & 50 posts will be filled up for Telecom Finance stream from external candidates.

BSNL MT Scale of Pay / Salary

The Management Trainee shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24,900- 50,500/- with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits, etc. admissible as per company rules.

Syllabus:

The syllabus of the Paper 1 and 2 shall be as given below:

Paper – 1

Section – A – English

The pattern of questions would be broadly as follows:

i) Comprehension of given passages.
ii) Precise Writing.
iii) Usage and Vocabulary.
iv) Short Essay.

Note:

1. The Papers on English will be of Matriculation or equivalent standard and will be of qualifying nature only. The marks obtained in these papers will not be counted for ranking.

2. The candidates will have to answer the English Papers in English language (except where translation is involved).

3. This section will be marked first and the remaining sections/paper may be marked only of those candidates who have got qualifying marks in this section.
