CMC Vellore PG Eligibility 2022:
- MBBS + 1 year internship + Medical Council Registration in the case of M.Ch. Neurosurgery 6 year course.
- MBBS + 1 year internship + MD/MS + Medical Council Registration, for all other higher specialty courses.
- Duration of D.M./M.Ch. courses: 3 years (except Neurosurgery 6 year course directly after MBBS)
CMC Vellore PG Syllabus / Exam Pattern
- CMC Vellore PG Entrance Exam will be a computer based test (CBT) consisting of two types of paper i.e General Paper and Special Paper.
- The duration of the General and Special papers will be of 3 hours each. Each paper will have 240 questions.
- General paper consisting of multiple choice questions drawn from all subjects taught in the undergraduate medical course.
- Special paper consisting of multiple choice questions in the specialty for which the candidate has applied to it.
- Each correct answer fetches 1 mark. There is no negative marking.

- The Hall Ticket will be available at the college website http://admissions.cmcvellore.ac.in from January 2015. Use the application number as ID and date of birth as password to download and print your hall ticket. Check for accuracy of details. In case of non- availability of the hall ticket one week prior to the date of the written test, candidates must contact the Office of the Registrar by fax, email or telephone.
