- IBSAT 2022 is an aptitude test conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Educatio. IBSAT 2022 consists of multiple choice questions. IBSAT 2022 is for 2 hours duration and is aimed to test the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.

IBSAT 2022 Eligibility
Eligibility for different courses are different.
MBA Program
- Graduates (any discipline) in English medium with 50% and above aggregate marks. Final year students awaiting results can also apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements before last April. The last date for submitting the proof of graduation is October, failing which the provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled.
Executive PG Program
- Graduates (any discipline) in English medium with 50% and above aggregate marks. Three years or more of executive level work experience after graduation. Age should be more than 25 years as on May.
Ph.D. Program
- Candidates having 60% and above marks in a two year postgraduate degree/diploma in Management are eligible for admission into the program. Candidates with professional qualifications like CFA, CA, ICWA, and CS are also eligible.
Integrated MBA-PhD. Program
- A bachelor’s degree with medium of instruction as English, from any discipline, with 60% and above as calculated by respective University. Students in their final year Bachelor’s degree course are not eligible to apply.
IBSAT 2022 Exam Pattern
- IBSAT 2022 consists of multiple choice questions.
- IBSAT 2022 is for 2 hours duration.
- Test is aimed to test the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.
- There is negative marking in the test.

- Applicants can apply online by filling up the application form available at website and make payment of Rs 1,200/- towards the cost using credit/debit card (visa/master card/Citibank card) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying through online should attach their scanned color photograph along with the online application.

- Alternatively, applicants can download the application form from website, complete it and send it to the admission officer along with the demand draft of Rs 1,200/- towards the cost (demand draft in favor of IUCF A/c IBS payable at Hyderabad). - Test is based on verbal,quantitive aptitude,and logical and data interpretation,english essay.

- Geometry, (Lines, angles, Triangles, Spheres, Rectangles, Cube, Cone etc) Ratios and Proportion, Ratios, Percentages, In-equations Quadratic and linear equations Algebra, Profit & Loss, Averages, Percentages, Partnership, Time-Speed-Distance, Work and time, Number system, HCF, LCM, Geometric Progression, Arithmetic progression, Arithmetic mean, Geometric mean , Harmonic mean, Median, Mode, Number Base System, BODMAS, Mensuration, Alligation & Mixtures, Work, Pipes and Cisterns, Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Set Theory, Venn Diagram, Instalment Payments, Partnership, Clocks, Probability, Permutations & Combinations, Topics like Trigonometry, Vectors, Binomial Expansion, Co-ordinate geometry, Logarithm, Calendar, Maxima & Minima Progression, Surds & Indices and Complex numbers.
DI AND REASONING :
- Data Interpretation based on text, Data Interpretation based on graphs and tables.
Graphs can be Column graphs, Bar Graphs, Line charts, Pie Chart, Graphs representing Area, Venn Diagram, etc. Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Assumption-Premise-Conclusion, Assertion and reasons, Statements and assumptions, identifying valid inferences , identifying Strong arguments and Weak arguments, Statements and conclusions, Cause and Effect, Identifying Probably true, Probably false, definitely true, definitely false kind of statement, Linear arrangements, Matrix arrangements. Puzzles, Syllogisms, Functions, Family tree – identifying relationship among group of people, Symbol Based problems, Coding and decoding , Sequencing , identifying next number in series, etc.
ENGLISH :
- Comprehension of passage ( Poems can also come).
Verbal Reasoning, Syllogisms , Contextual usage, Analogies, Antonyms, Fill In the Blanks, Jumbled paragraphs with 4 or 5 sentences, Jumbled paragraphs (6 sentences with first and last fixed), Sentence Correction, Foreign language words used in English, Sentence completion, Sentence correction, odd man out, idioms, one word substitution, Different usage of same word etc.

IBSAT Admit Card 2022 :
- The admit card for IBSAT 2022 will be available for students once the application procedure is complete. The registered students will receive the admit card either online or via post.
- IBSAT 2016 Admit Card- The Admit Card of IBSAT 2022 will be made available for registered candidates to either download from online or via post. Once the registration process is completed successfully, students will be able to download the IBSAT 2022 Admit Card or can receive the card via post on the address mentioned at the time of registration.
IBSAT Result 2022
- The result of IBSAT 2022 will be declared on January 16, announcing the name of selected candidates for admissions into management programme at IBS Hyderabad.
- The IBSAT 2022 Result will declare the sectional and overall scores and percentiles. The shortlist status has also been declared. The selection briefings will be conducted from February. The shortlisted candidates wil have to appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds to be held in IBS Business School, Hyderabad from February.
