SJVN Limited Recruitment 2018 Pay Scale | Salary

The selected candidate will be paid consolidated Stipend consisting of Basic Pay of Rs. 16,000/- plus Dearness Allowance (on Basic Pay) as applicable in first quarter of the year of appointment, per month during the training period of one year. On confirmation, the candidates will be placed in regular scale of Rs 16000-3%-35,500/- which in addition to Basic Pay & Dearness Allowance, carry attractive allowances and benefits like HRA or Company Owned Accommodation, Special Duty Allowance, Difficult Area Allowance, Liveries, Leave encashment, HBA, Multi Purpose Advance, comprehensive social security & Insurance, liberal medical facilities, Gratuity, PF etc. (as per extant company rule). Also, the matter regarding pay revision of Non-Unionized Supervisors w.e.f. 1.01.2017 is under consideration as such the candidates selected will be placed in scale of S1 (on regularization) in revised pay scale w.e.f. 1.01.2017 irrespective of pre-revised pay scale.
