TRB Tripura Recruitment 2016 Eligibility

Minimum educational qualification for TRB Tripura Recruitment 2016 for the Graduate Teacher & Post Graduate Teacher posts is given below.

Graduate Teacher	(a) Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution. OR (b) Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized University with at least 45% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution {in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Form of application for recognition, the time limit for submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of teacher education programmes and permission to start new course or training ) Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002 and National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations,2OOT notified on 10.12.2007). OR (c) 4-Years degree of B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed from National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution.
Post Graduate Teacher	(a) Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in relevant subject (or its equivalent) from recognized University and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from NCTE recognised institution. OR (b) Post Graduate degree with 45% marks in relevant subject and obtained B.Ed degree (as per NCTE Regulations, 2002 or NCTE Regulations, 2007) from NCTE recognized lnstitutions. OR (c) Post Graduate degree in relevant subject with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from recognized university and B.A. Ed. / B.Sc. Ed. from any NCTE recognised institution.

Age Limit

Up to 40 years as on 09.09.2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 yea.rs for SC/ST/PH
and Government Servant provided that government employees belonging to SC/ST/PH
category will not get relaxation over and above general relaxation of 5 years available to
them. Upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Serviceman (ESM) as per norms.

TRB Tripura Recruitment 2016 Selection Process

The selection will be done on the basis of Mark obtained in “selection Test for Graduate Teachers & Post Graduate Teacher -Session-2015” subject to verification of certificates and correctness of information given by the candidates in the online application form. Candidates will be responsible for correctness of all particulars as furnished in the online application form. In case of any subsequent detection of false or defective information or suppression of facts, even after selection / appointment, his/ her candidature will be summarily rejected. Candidature of Candidates, who submit online application, disregarding the eligibility/minimum educational qualification/other criteria/terms and conditions etc as laid down in this notification and in the “Prospectus cum Instructions: Selection Test for Graduate Teacher (STGT) 2016”, will be rejected. Candidates must fulfil all eligibility criteria / terms and conditions of this notification and “Prospectus cum Instructions: Selection Test for Graduate Teacher (STGT) 2016”. Candidates will be invited for certificate verification depending on the number of post as requisitioned by the concerned department.

When two or more candidates obtain same marks, relative position would be judged in terms of seniority of date of birth of the candidates. In case date of birth is same then seniority of the date of obtaining requisite academic qualification for appearing in the said examination would be judged. Senior candidate will be given preference. In final case, if required; the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (academic) will be taken into consideration and preference will be given whose percentage of marks is higher.

TRB Tripura Recruitment 2016 Online Application Form

Online Application can be submitted by logging on to the official website of Teachers’
Recruitment Board, Tripura www.trb.tripura.gov.in. Follow the steps given below:

a) Log on to TRBT’s official website at www.trb.tripura.gov.in . Click on the link “apply online”.

b) Candidates are to register and create a profile. After registration they must note down the registration number. This registration number will be USER NAME for the candidate.

c) Candidates must give all particulars correctly while registering themselves. Any
wrong/false information will lead to rejection/cancellation of candidature at any stage.

d) After registration, first time login can be done by using the date of birth of the candidate
as password in DD-MM-YYYY format.

e) Candidates are advised to change password after first time login.

f) Candidates are instructed to remember the password correctly and not to disclose it to
anyone,

g) If you are already registered (registration done in 2016), ensure all information given
during registration is correct and complete.

h) Login with the registration number as USER NAME and password as set by you.

i) To apply for the post of Graduate Teacher (for class XI-XII) Click on “Selection Test for
Graduate Teacher(For Class lX-X)-Session-2016.

j) While applying online the candidate must ensure that he/she understands and fulfils the
norms of eligibility.

k) Before applying online please ensure to have the following documents/files for uploading:

Scanned image of recent passport size photograph of candidate (Size: Greater than 4 KB
less than 100 KB).

Scanned image of full signature of candidate (Size: Greaterthan 4 KB lessthan 20 KB).

lmages should be in JPEG format only.

Candidates can choose any of the options out of (1) Social Science, (2) Biological
Science(3) Pure Science from the dropdown box. Option once chosen cannot be
changed.

Candidate must be very careful regarding uploading of photographs and signature.
Application Acknowledgement and Admit Card will not be generated if any irrelevancy is noticed in image of signature and photograph of candidate.

Application Fees

Rs.300/- for Unreserved Category and Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PH category.
Fee once paid will not be refunded. Fee must be paid system generated challan within the scheduled date. Candidature of a candidate will rejected if TRBT does not receive the fee for whatsoever reason. Application of those candidates who paid fee after scheduled date will be rejected and fee will not be refunded.
