WBJEE 2019 

  • The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board was formed in the year 1962 for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations for the Undergraduate Level Engineering Courses in the State of West Bengal.
  • For the academic session of 2019-20, the Board is going to conduct the Common Entrance Examination for admission to Undergraduate Courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture Courses in Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self Financing Engineering &
    Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal.

WBJEE 2019 Exam Date:

  • West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) conducted WBJEE exam in the month of  May. Last year it was conducted on  22.04.2018 (Sunday).

WBJEE 2019 Application Form :

  • Candidates can apply for WBJEE 2019 only “Online”.
  • Candidates are required to go through the Information Bulletin carefully before
    attempting for online application.
  • Online submission of Application Form may be made by accessing Board website. The requisite application fee for the exam can be paid online or offline.
  • Candidates are advised to read carefully this information brochure, check their eligibility and applicable reservation category etc. before filling and submitting the WBJEE application.

WBJEE 2019 Eligibility

  • The applicant should have the nationality of India.
  • There is no specified age limit prescribed by the Board for appearing in the entrance examination.
  • Candidates must be the age of 17 years old.
  • Candidates should produce their domicile certificates.
  • Engineering / Technology (other than Marine Engineering), Pharmacy and Architecture Courses: Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age as on 31.12.2015.
  • There is no upper age limit. b) Marine Engineering course: Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or above as on 31.12.2015 and must not be above.
  • Individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. • Minimum of 60% marks in the above subjects taken together (55% for SC/ST/ PwD/OBC candidates), as well as pass in English with a minimum of 30% marks (for all categories of candidates) in the, said qualifying examination.

WBJEE Admit Card 2019

  • The WBJEEB will provide the facility of downloading Admit Cards of WBJEE 2019, along with a certificate which would be dully signed and attested from either Principal of last attended School/Executive Magistrate.
  • Candidates are required to download WBJEE admit cards from the website and follow the instructions given therein. Candidate may please note that WBJEE 2019 admit cards will not be sent by the post.
  • The WBJEE 2019 admit cards will be available on University website from before 15 days of exam. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
  • Candidates are advised to preserve their WBJEE Admit Cards in good condition till admission in Engineering/Medical/ Dental Colleges is over.

WBJEE Result 2019

  • After, all the Question Booklets and OMR Response Sheets are received by the WBJEEB the evaluation shall be done using OMR machine. WBJEE Result 2017 will be announced on 05/06/2017.
  • After evaluation, result shall be declared WBJEE Rank-wise, Roll No. wise and category wise.
  • The Ranking shall be solely based on the result of WBJEE-2019 and shall not be valid for admission.
  • This Ranking will be drawn to give an approximate idea to the candidate with regard to his/her relative position only based on WBJEE-2019.
  • The WBJEE result 2019 will be available on WBJEEB Board website.
